Roadmap

From Arcade Project → On-Chain Activity Infrastructure

KennelKlub Protocol Roadmap

This roadmap intentionally avoids rigid timelines. Each phase unlocks when measurable activity demonstrates that the platform is ready to expand.

Guiding Principles

The roadmap is built around four principles.

1.

Activity First

Success is measured through real on-chain interaction.
Not: followers, token price, speculative hype.
But: transactions, returning users, creator-hosted events.

2.

Credibility Over Hype

Roadmaps that promise too much lose trust quickly. Each phase unlocks only after measurable milestones are reached.

3.

Infrastructure Before Expansion

Instead of adding features endlessly, the system evolves by adding reusable primitives.

  • Fairness engine
  • Season engine
  • Identity layer
  • Event hosting framework
4.

Creator-Led Growth

The long-term ecosystem must be able to operate without the founder running every event.

Current Stage

Phase 0 — Alpha Stabilization

Make the platform technically stable and provably fair before scaling activity.

Fairness Verification

All games must support public verification of outcomes. Players should be able to independently confirm:

  • Randomness
  • Seed commitments
  • Result integrity

Wallet Identity Layer

Users gain persistent identities through:

  • Display names
  • Activity tracking
  • Seasonal rankings

Identity becomes the foundation for leaderboards, streaks, and creator recognition.

Pulse Engine Core

Prediction markets must support:

  • Market creation
  • Prediction signals
  • Resolution logic
  • Ticket generation

Season Engine

Season mechanics must support:

  • Monthly ladders
  • Spotlight rotation
  • Reward distribution

Admin Observability

Internal tools must allow monitoring of:

  • Bet volume
  • Market participation
  • Wallet activity
  • Fairness verification

Phase 0 Success Metrics

  • 30+ days of stable operation
  • No unresolved fairness disputes
  • 1,000+ cumulative on-chain interactions
  • At least 25 returning users

Phase 1 — Activity Engine

Prove that the system can generate repeatable on-chain interaction. This phase validates the core thesis: low fees can support continuous blockchain activity.

Arcade Core

Games become stable components of the activity loop. Core games include:

  • Poker
  • Blackjack
  • Dice

These games provide consistent entry points for new users.

Pulse Public Alpha

Prediction markets open publicly with:

  • Recurring market formats
  • Simple YES/NO signals
  • Leaderboard tracking

Pulse begins to function as a daily engagement loop.

Lottery Engine

Ticket generation becomes a core incentive loop. Users earn tickets through:

  • Gameplay
  • Predictions
  • Event participation

Lottery draws distribute rewards.

Spotlight Rotation

Regular spotlight markets or games ensure that:

  • Attention cycles across the platform
  • Creators have opportunities to host events

Public Activity Counters

The platform begins displaying:

  • Total bets
  • Predictions
  • Transactions
  • Active wallets

These metrics become part of the public narrative.

Phase 1 Success Metrics

  • 100+ monthly active wallets
  • 5,000+ monthly on-chain interactions
  • 20% user return rate
  • First creator-hosted events

Phase 2 — Creator Layer

Transition from founder-operated platform to community-operated ecosystem.

Creator Program Launch

The Creator Program becomes the primary driver of events. Creators host:

  • Tournaments
  • Prediction nights
  • Themed competitions

Event Hosting Framework

Creators gain tools to:

  • Launch events
  • Track participants
  • Distribute rewards

This framework allows independent operators to run activities.

Referral System

Users and creators gain the ability to:

  • Invite new players
  • Track referrals
  • Earn rewards for onboarding users

Creator Analytics

Dashboards provide creators with data on:

  • Participants
  • Activity generated
  • Event performance

Phase 2 Success Metrics

  • 5+ active creators hosting events
  • 25% of activity generated by creator events
  • Recurring weekly events
Later

Phase 3 — Platform Expansion

Turn KennelKlub from a single product into a modular activity platform.

Activity API

Developers gain access to endpoints for:

  • Leaderboards
  • Game statistics
  • Prediction markets
  • Event participation

Third-Party Tools

External developers can create:

  • Analytics dashboards
  • Strategy tools
  • Community bots

Creator Modules

Creators can launch custom:

  • Tournaments
  • Market categories
  • Event types

Phase 3 Success Metrics

  • 2+ third-party tools
  • 1+ external integration
  • Creator-hosted events surpass founder-hosted events
Later

Phase 4 — Ecosystem Integration

Expand KennelKlub beyond its initial user base.

Partnership Events

Collaborations with:

  • Nexa ecosystem projects
  • Online communities
  • Content creators

Branded Markets

Communities may host prediction markets related to:

  • Esports
  • Crypto events
  • Ecosystem milestones

Expanded Creator Economy

Creators may earn revenue shares from events they operate.

Phase 4 Success Metrics

  • Partner-hosted events
  • Ecosystem integrations
  • Sustained monthly activity growth
Later

Phase 5 — Protocol Layer

Position KennelKlub as an infrastructure layer for consumer activity on Nexa.

Potential Capabilities

  • Reusable activity primitives
  • External applications using KennelKlub systems
  • Ecosystem-wide competitions
  • Creator-run marketplaces

At this stage, KennelKlub evolves from a single product into a platform supporting multiple applications.

Roadmap Philosophy

This roadmap intentionally avoids rigid timelines. Each phase unlocks when measurable activity demonstrates that the platform is ready to expand. This approach prioritizes credibility, technical stability, and organic ecosystem growth over speculative promises.
